If you need to return something, please send an email to
returns@timsboots.com or call us at 1-800-771-4214 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original
packaging. Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit.
Boots that are not in resalable condition cannot be accepted.
Returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All orders by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed for all in stock items. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers will ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
If your order includes items that are not in stock we will make them for you at no extra charge. Shipping time on orders that have to be made is from 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping
TimsBoots.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases
and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
All orders delivering to addresses outside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express mail. We've found this to be the most cost effective way to ship to our foreign customers. If you
desire a different service then you are responsible for all shipping charges.
ATTN International Customers:
The CITIES (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species) Permit is required for overseas shipments of some exotic leathers. If you do not purchase this permit, our responsibility for delivery of international orders ends when we turn the merchandise over to the shipper. If your order is confiscated by your countries Custom officials that will be a risk you assume. The fee is per shipment and not per order or number of products.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). All other
states and countries are tax-exempt.
